OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only during the following periods. All times listed are PST.

• September 1, 2023, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• September 2, 2023, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• September 3, 2023, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

NOTE: Winners will be drawn at 4:00 PM each day. Entries received between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on September 1 and September 2 will be rolled over to the next day’s drawing.

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• To enter the Promotion, you must present proof of pre-registration for or installation of FINAL FANTASY VII EVER CRISIS and provide your email address to a SQUARE ENIX mobile staff member at the official PAX West SQUARE ENIX booth.
• Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
• Entries are only valid on the day they are submitted.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select twenty-two (22) total winners from all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries. Seven (7) winners shall be drawn on September 1, followed by eight (8) winners on September 2 and seven (7) winners on September 3.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) FINAL FANTASY VII EVER CRISIS t-shirt (approximate retail value US $29.85).

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify Winners at 5:00 PM each day of the Promotion. Winners may claim their prize from Sponsor’s official booth until September 4, 2023, 5:00 PM PDT.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
