OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada (excluding Quebec).
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories).

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between:

• February 23, 2024 at: 9AM GMT, 1AM PST, 4AM EST, 3AM CST, 10AM CET and
• March 23, 2024 at: 10PM GMT, 2PM PST, 5PM EST, 4PM CST, 11PM CET
  (the “Entry Period”)

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• To enter, participants must retweet the official competition post which will be on the Sponsor Twitter/X account, @finalfantasyvii. The post will include an image of the billboard showcasing FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH and the physical controllers on the ‘Buster Sword’ (the “Billboard”).
• Upon retweeting, participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
• Entry is one (1) per person.
• Promotion shall be announced on some or all of the following Sponsor social channels:
  • Instagram: @finalfantasyvii and @SquareEnix
  • Twitter/X: @finalfantasyvii and @SquareEnix
  • Facebook: @finalfantasyvii and @SquareEnix

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select 16 winners from among all entries through a random drawing from among all entries.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive each of the following prize(s):

• A ‘collectible’ PlayStation Dual Sense controller (approximate retail value of £59.99 GBP / $69.99 USD / €69.99EUR) as displayed on the Billboard and repackaged upon delivery to each Winner.

  Each Prize has been displayed outside as part of the Billboard installation, and may be dirty, damaged or not function as expected if used. Neither the Sponsor or any Sony Interactive Entertainment company can guarantee the performance or functionality of the Prizes.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about March 29, 2024 via direct message via social media.

Winners shall have 30 days to claim their prize, which shall be posted to Winners upon receipt of the relevant details as requested by Sponsor. If unclaimed, they will forfeit their prize and another winner shall be randomly drawn.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Limited.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
